These terms apply to purchases from the Knights of Columbus Council #5598 merchandise store in Edinburg, Texas.

Store purpose

The Council #5598 Store offers limited Council merchandise. Purchase proceeds help fund community events and parish activities serving Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Edinburg community.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The USA 250th Anniversary Shirt is $20 per shirt. Pickup is free, and the store does not currently charge sales tax. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your order is not complete until payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued.

Pickup only

Orders are pickup only at the Sacred Heart Church parking lot in Edinburg, Texas. Shipping and delivery are not available. Council #5598 will use the phone number or email address provided at checkout to coordinate a pickup date and time after purchase.

Final sale

All merchandise sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, so please confirm the selected size and quantity before paying. If you believe you received the wrong item or there is an order-fulfillment issue, contact the Council Store promptly so the order can be reviewed.

Inventory and cancellations

Merchandise is available only while supplies last. If an inventory or payment error prevents Council #5598 from fulfilling an order, the Council may cancel the affected item and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Accurate information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information. A working phone number is required so pickup can be coordinated.
