Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Council #5598 does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own Privacy Policy. We also use service providers, including Medusa and Railway, to operate and host the store. These providers receive information only as needed to deliver their services.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses essential browser storage and cookies to remember your cart, account session, country, and checkout progress. Stripe may also use cookies or similar technologies for payment security and fraud prevention.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell customer information. We share information only with providers that support store operations, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the Council, the store, or our customers. We keep order and account information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations.
